We will ask you basic questions, such as:
- Skillset – There will be a checkbox form for some typical skills (typing, customer service, etc.)
- Number of hours you want to work a week
- Minimum pay rate (that’s not what we are aiming for!)
You will have the option to provide us with additional information, such as:
- Long-term goals
- Short-term goals
- Any information you may think might be relevant, such as experience that is life experience – not typically on your resume
The additional information will help us get a better idea of you as a person. You probably have more skills then you have listed on your resume that can help you get a job.
Step 2 – Receive Personalized Job Suggestions
We will send you a list of jobs that match your “perfect” job requirements.
Step 3 – Apply
Apply for the positions that you are most interested in. We do recommend applying for more than one job, even if it is the “perfect” job. Online jobs often receive a high number of applications.
Step 4 – Additional Help
We can provide additional job suggestions if needed. We can answer questions you might have about the application process. We know that there may be times that confidence may fluctuate. We can also offer you reassurance.
